Calendar retention

How do I retain past calendar information for say 1 year. Mine dissappears
after 1 month.
 
Change the AutoArchive settings on the Properties dialog for your Calendar
folder.

And if it's not the AutoArchive settings Sue mentions, it's the handheld
device with which you sync doing it. Outlook's default behavior is to keep
calendar events indefinitely.
