Calendar reminders don't go away

I have Outlook 2000. When I run outlook I have a bunch of reminders that pop
up. They are all shown as individual items in the taskbar.

Often times, when I quite OL the reminders remain in teh taskbar. And then
when I look at the tasklist there will always be one sitting in there. So
all these reminders are sucking up resources. How do I get rid of them
without having to kill them one at a time through the task list?

I do not want to dismiss them all because I still need those reminders
later.

Try starting Outlook once with the /CleanReminders switch. If you need help
