Calendar Reminder Problem

I have 2 Calendar folders in my Outlook 2007. One in personal folder, and
the other in offline folder. I have no problem creating a new event in the
personal folder calendar. But when I try to create a new event in the offline
folder calendar, a window pops out saying that the folder does not support
reminders. Is that true? Is there anyways around it?

Help very much appreciated.
