calendar question

I'm new to Outlook. A colleague in another state wants me to send an
electronic copy of a month of my outlook calendar in order to place some
proposed appointments for me to come to their office. They will then send it
back to me for my approval.
How do I send them an editable copy of my Outlook calendar for a specific
month.

Sorry..One Outlook is 2003 and the other is brand new (2008?)

If 2003 you would need to use a Word template to send them that they can insert information on - see slipstick.com for the printable template.

If using 2007, you can send your calendar directly. They will not be able to edit it to insert appointments but they can send you appt. items after viewing your schedule.
