calendar problem

I use exchange 5.5/outlook 2000. Currently I have 3 meeting rooms but only 1 works(appends to calendar and accepts invites etc).

Is there a way of copying this mailbox & profile of one that works and renaming them?
 
Why not just recreate the 2 profiles that are not working to see if that
fixes it?

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

I have tried your suggestion and have even manually copied the working mailbox but when an invite is sent no meetings are put in the calendar and no replies are sent.
