Calendar Printing Assistant Error

J

JeffreyBee

Hello,

I am using Windows XP SP2 and Outlook 2007 SP1.

I downloaded and tried to install the CPA and receive the message that I
needed to install the .NET Framework, so I did (v. 3.5).

I was then able to install the CPA. However when I select a template the
calendar in the left pane displays a red X and no appointments display on the
calendar. When I click on the red X the following message displays:

Cannot retrieve events from folder 'Calendar'. Origianal Microsoft Office
Outlook 2007 Error Message - 2147219963

Thanks for any insight you can pass along my way.

You need to run the "fixmapi.exe".

- Click START
- Click RUN
- Type %windir%\system32\fixmapi.exe
- Click OK
- Restart the machine

See http://support.microsoft.com/kb/927676 for info.
