Good Day!
I am having issue with the calendar feature of outlook 2003.When someone
from our domain ([email protected]) sended a calendar/invitation, there are
accept/decline buttons on it. But when someone from another domain
([email protected]) sended a calendar/invitation, there is no accept/decline
buttons appears. We are actually in the same Exchange 5.5 Organization. Is
this an outlook 2003 issue or a mis configuration on my side? or with the
mail system that we have? Hope you cauld provide me a solution on this or a
write up/article that will help to clear this issue. Your support is greatly
appreciated.

Thanking in advance,
Gomez

do the message have the appointment details in the body? it's likely the
other system is not sending them as RTF, which is required for the buttons
to work.

Hello Diane,

Usually they are sending in HTML format. Would you be able to send me an
article related to this concern so that i can justify it to the other party.

Many Thanks
Gomez

If there are more than one Exchange server and the meetings come from
another Ex server, it's a setting on the exchange server converting all
outbound messages from RTF to HTML.

I don;t have any links handy that explain it, sorry.
