WinXp Sp2 w/ Outlook 2003 on Exchange 2003 - Calendar View: Day/Week/Month
Issue Occurring for 2 weeks

Customer is a delegate for her boss and receives his meeting requests. When
she opens the meeting notifications and then checks his calendar, the
calendar jumps to August 31, 4500. If the Today button is pushed, the
calendar goes back to the current date, but shows everything between current
date and 8/31/4500 highlighted. The issue occurs when the meeting
notification resides either in a personal folder or on the server while
account is in Cached Exchange mode. The issue does not occur when account is
set to Online mode. The issue does not occur when an Outlook profile is
created on another computer and the request is opened in Cached Exchange mode
or Online. The issue does occur when it is run on her computer under a new
profile. The issue does not occur if the request is forwarded to another
email address and reforwarded back to her. This issue does occur from
multiple contacts that send the meeting request to her boss. A complete
reformat of hard drive is last option which is trying to be avoided due to
the volume of personal files the customer has.

Unsuccessful Troubleshooting Measures:
System Reboot/Shutdown
Office has been repaired
Outlook has been Uninstalled/Reinstalled
Office has been Reinstalled and Uninstalled/Reinstalled
All *.pst and *.ost files have been removed and then request has been tested
Request has been opened from a new *.pst

Workaround:
Customer can push the Today button and then manually navigate to the meeting
date.
