Calendar item is 1 hour ahead of it original time

My CEO at times has calendar items appear either an hour ahead of it original
scheduled time or an hour after its original scheduled time. He does use a
Treo 700wx which through Active Sync syncs his calendar, contacts, tasks and
email. He does travel a lot. Would the fact that he may be in different time
zones when he schedules his appointments through his phone have anything to
do with the time difference. I have ask Sprint and they do not have a clue.
Would like to get this problem solved.

My coworker had a similar problem when he recently sync'd his new Trio to our
company's server. His email messages would arrive in my inbox at 4:22p, but
the time stamp on them would read 5:22p. We also use sprint. He's gone for
the night, but I will check with him tomorrow to see how he resolved this
problem and get back to you.

This is usually a mismatch in the DST settings between Windows clock,
Outlook's calendar, and the Treo. If they all agree, then the appoinment
times should all match.
