I have a database where Access 2003 the uses can open a calendar control
which will populate a field when selected. When a new user (using Access
2007) carries out this action, the calendar does not open and they get an
error message.
Any help appreciated.

What's the error message?

kware100,

Sounds like you are using the built in calendar control and the end-users do
not have that file on their computer. (Of course, without the error message
this is a guess.) This is one of the reasons I don't use the built in
calendar control. Try... http://allenbrowne.com/ser-51.html it goes
wherever the database goes, no worries about References or whether or not
the end-user has the calendar control.

Error message is 'Run-time error 2165' You cannot hide a control that has the
focus. Odd thing is that anybody using Access 2003, doesn't have this problem.
