Calendar Colors

I am using Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003 I would like to have a color attribut set for each persons who's events show in the company calendar. This way it is easier to see the persons schedule based off color.....

Not that I am aware of via either Outlook or Exchange. You can check
http://www.slipstick.com to see if there are any third party programs that
have been released to enable this functionality.
