Calendar Appointments

hi there,

Is is possible to 'lock' certain appointments so that they cannot be opened
by indviduals. on our network. I have looked at the delegates options and
right clicked on the calendar but cannot see the options. We are using office
2000 with sp3.

No, that's not possible. It would require per-item security, which is in fact supported by Exchange but without any UI that you could use in Outlook to apply it.
