Calendar appointments

help please. Have a director who has lots of calendar delegates with various
permissions. He needs only his secretary to be able to accept his meeting
requests. I.e. I have selected under the delegates option the secretaries
name then ticked the box only send meeting requests to my delegate and not
me.

How can I ensure his other delegates do not get his meeting requests.
thanks

If you don't want them to get meeting requests, you'll need to remove them as delegates. Why does he have so many delegates in the first place? Did he confuse delegate access with simple folder permissions?

mystery solved thanks. In outlook 2000 if you grant someone reviewer or
greater permissions to a persons calendar they then show in the
tools/options/delegates list. Is this because I set the permissions somehow
wrong. I always set permissions on the client side by selecting the folder
and permissions tab.

Even though they show in the delegates list only the one person who has the
tick box under tools/options/delegates/permissions button who has the tick
box delegate receives meeting related request sent to me will be the person
who gets the meeting requests and can accept. No one else in the list does.

Glad you solved the mystery, but assigning folder permission to someone does not also make them a delegate. The reverse, however, is true: Making someone a delegate on the Delegates tab also involves assigning some folder permissions.
