calculation

Hi, I have been using some spread sheets I made at work and latter on after I
had used them for a few hours I left them and when I went back into the
sheets the formulas I had made stopped working,I discovered in tools and then
options that the calculation options were on manual instead of automatic,this
has happened to me before, is there some kind of short cut key that I am
hitting by accident.
