calculating the number of days continuation

1. What is the formula for calculating the elapsed number of days to return
in c1 for any selected value which is in a cell a1 and a given date in b1.
2. What is the formula for calculating the elapsed number of days to return
in c2 for any selected value which is in a cell a2 where the day to be
continued from the c1.

Since there is a hidden criteria to be considered like no of days of the
month and continued month also, I did not get the right figure by applying
simple formula. Kindly see below-

For my question no.1
If Value a1= 1200 so, 4 days are in Sep + 7.2 days will have to be accounted
to Oct.

For my question no.2
If Value a2= 4800 so, 46.46 days (because =7.2 days Oct + 23.8 days
Oct + 15.46 days nov)
