Calculate % of responses

I have dumped results of a questionairre into Excel and have been trying to figure out how calucalute the percentage of our repsonses. We had a list of four options and had to rank our preference for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th choices. How can I calculate the % selecting each option for each choice preference?

If your responses are : 1st A1, 2nd A2, 3rd A3, 4th A

In say A6 sum A1:A

In B2......=A1/$A$

and format as %
