Calandar Share problem / Exchange

In outlook 2003 on a network of 8 computers we have a problem sharing a
calendar on just one computer. On clicking Share Calandar the window that
opens up is different to the others computers. There are no tabs for
permissions or administration so I cannot select names to share with.
Can anyone help please.

Two things come to mind to check:

- Is the delivery point set to the Mailbox on the server or a PST?
- Try refreshing the Outlook Address Book service (remove and readd).
Tools | E-mail Accounts |View or change existing directories
or Address books...
