I seem to have a problem with refreshing uploaded files to
my server.
When ever I modify a file it doesn't show the new content
once I visit my site... even after I refresh the screen.
However hours later it does show the new content.

I have contacted my host and they say that this may be a
cacheing problem.

I have other sites that does not have this problem. They
are all fine... one the one site this happens to.

How and where do I fix this in my windows 2000 pro?

In webserver you have set content expire time to zero
or
in proxy server you should not cache the content

Give me your webserver details and proxy server details......

Since other are not facing problem .....it looks like problem in the proxy
server......
