I have four cache folders. My understanding is that cache files help mem to
access faster to make computer run faster. Dont know if this is proper
understanding or not. Can I or should I clean up all these cache folders to
help performance of computer???

Hi,

The only time you should really need to clear a cache is if some part of it
is corrupted and is feeding misinformation to the system. Otherwise, XP uses
cache exactly as you have stated, which is to speed up (optimize) the system
for access and retrieve times.
