cable sheathing, data center style

Hello everyone,

Back in the day (we are talking 1990's, ancient history, really) I
remember we used various specialized plastic covers/sheaths to tuck
the cables under, to make it so that people wouldn't trip over the
cables on the floor, etc. Can anyone suggest who's a good vendor for
that sort of stuff these days? I looked around I couldn't easily find
out anybody offering that sort of thing.

The ones I remember best were usually grey rubbery or vinyl
material but I don't know where to find those, possibly in
an office or warehouse supply catalog.
