Its windows 2000 pro not sure where it resides. its an
error 1335 the cabinet file Cabs.m5 required for
installation is corrupt and cannot be used.

I don't think the file cabs.m5 is a Win2000 file. It most likely
relates to a program you installed on your PC. Think about
the things you installed during the last few days - one of them
is most likely the culprit.
