My Zone Alarm tells me this program is trying to access
the Internet and I don't know what it is and if I should
let this ".exe" to run.

Is this safe? I have seen that there is ".dll" file with
the same name.

Hi,
Please rename this file and delete it, It is a either a Virus or SPY
software
It could harm your computer
The original file is wzcsapi.dll
which is use for wireless LAN
but we dont have any file wzcsapi.exe
