C:\Windows\System32 Pops up

I

Hi,

Starting recently, everytime I login my account, a Windows Explorer
window showing the contents C:\Windows\System32 directory opens. I
don't know why that's happening and want to locate what's causing this.
I close all of the windows before logging out and when I log back in,
it shows up again (so it's not because I logged out with that window
open and WindXP memorized it).

I'm running WinXP Pro SP2.

There's nothing in the Start > Programs > Startup menu
There's nothing out of the ordinary in
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run]
"CTHelper"="CTHELPER.EXE"
"CTSysVol"="C:\\Program Files\\Creative\\SBAudigy2\\Surround
Mixer\\CTSysVol.exe"
"IntelliPoint"="\"C:\\Program Files\\Microsoft
IntelliPoint\\point32.exe\""
"type32"="\"C:\\Program Files\\Microsoft IntelliType Pro\\type32.exe\""
"Zone Labs Client"="\"C:\\Program Files\\Zone
Labs\\ZoneAlarm\\zlclient.exe\""
"iTunesHelper"="C:\\Program Files\\iTunes\\iTunesHelper.exe"
"ccApp"="\"C:\\Program Files\\Common Files\\Symantec
Shared\\ccApp.exe\""
"Symantec NetDriver Monitor"="C:\\PROGRA~1\\SYMNET~1\\SNDMon.exe"
"ATIPTA"="C:\\Program Files\\ATI Technologies\\ATI Control
Panel\\atiptaxx.exe"

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\OptionalComponents]

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\OptionalComponents\IMAIL]
"Installed"="1"

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\OptionalComponents\MAPI]
"Installed"="1"
"NoChange"="1"

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\OptionalComponents\MSFS]
"Installed"="1"

And nothing out of the ordinary in this one as well:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run]
"SB Audigy 2 Startup Menu"=" /L:ENG"

The RunOnce folders in those locations are empty.

The window does NOT show up in when starting in Safe Mode. Does anyone
have any ideas on what I could try, where I could check? It's driving
me nuts...

Thanks,

ICAB
