I have over 2 GB in above directories (_restore{132123 ...}) What happens if
I delete this shit?

Read about "System Restore" in "Help" and decide for yourself if you
wish to remove this. Instructions for removal are there.

You lose all your system restore points. Why not just open system
restore and reduce the amount of space you allowed it (500MB is usually
ample).
(my computer, properties, system restore).
