C:\Program missing?

I am so frustrated. I recently took my computer in to be serviced. I
apparently had tons of spyware on it so the techs got rid of it and
installed SpyBot. Well, it seems that ever since then, I've had a lot
of problems, the most recent being this error message: "Windows cannot
find c:\Program. Make sure you typed the mane correctly, and then try
again. To search for a file, click the Start button, and then click
Search." The problem that occurs is that I cannot switch from one user
to the next without restarting the computer. Is there a simple way to
fix this? I know a little bit about computers but am far from being an
expert so please explain in easy terms if you can help me. Thanks so

To repair all system files, go to Start/Run, and type (or paste in): SFC /SCANNOW (see: Description of Windows XP and Windows Server
