C-Media Update = No working speakers?

Having since updated my c-media from the 20th of May version my USB speakers
do not work. I have tried updating to the latest one and this has not solved
the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated
 
Go back to the old driver... (Driver Rollback is your friend)

If still no success, reinstall the original drivers from the motherboard
manufacturer's website.
