C# Investment manager

I have a Microsoft workbook, that contain daily worksheets of stock
prices.

Please how can I create a C# manager for this workbook?

dude Microsoft Access could do this in about 10 minutes

why in the hell would you use C#



do you know anything about data entry / reporting?

start with the basics; keep your data in a DATABASE and not a
spreadsheet

build a couple of datagrids; and some data entry forms

and then use Rdlc in order to report data coming out of a db
