c drive?

I keep getting a message low disc space..this is due to everything being
downloaded onto the d drive...the d drive is now full however my c drive has
over 18gigs available...how can I change things so the c drive is the
principal drive for the computer...
 
the c drive is the principle drive for your computer, eventhough
your o.s. may be running from the d drive. So what is your next
question....
