C: drive size increase

I tried to increase the size of the C: drive partition using BootItNG.
However, using 'resize' the maximum was 15335, the current size. I reduced
the size of the D; drive partition by 5 GB, but the C: drive still would not
be allowed to increase by 5 GB. Bootitng just kept 5 GB free volume.

Anyone know what I did wrong or how to alleviate this? I am down to my last
200MB of space on my C: drive.

Thanks!

Using Microsoft Management Console, Disk Management look at the
bar graph representing the total drive. Is the block of unallocated disk
space between C & D or at the end of D: To reallocate space you
have to have the results of the D: resizing at the start of the partition.
This leaves room for expansion of the C: Drive.

The block of unallocated disk space is at the end of D: How do I get the
results of the D: resizing to the start of the partition.; between C: & D:?

I'm not familiar with the exact commands/procedures with BootItNG.
Usually when you resize, there is an option to leave unallocated space
either at the start/end of the partition. You might need to read the Help
to get the exact commands.
Normally, I still use the DOS boot mode of Partition Magic. It has a
bar graph similar to the Disk Management's that allows you to drag a
slider on either end to your preferred sizing/placement.
Regardless, you'll have to resize D: back to it's full available space &
then retry the resize leaving the unallocated space between C: & D:
Good Luck.
