C drive is showing up on LAN...but it's not set to do so

I don't know how or why it made it there, but I can see (and access) the C
drive of my PC from the network neighborhood. I've tried checking the sharing
and security section for that said C drive, but I can't even touch the
bottom, and as long as it's faded out I can't tell if it's on or off. I're
tried rebooting in safe mode, but all accounts claim it's not set to share
(but obviously it can be reached).

Any suggestions to try/solve with?

Open Command Prompt and run 'net share'. If you want to stop the share, run
'net share {resource} /delete'. 'net help share' provides more syntax
explanations.
