C# and WPF

Hi,

I'm developing an application using C# and WPF with .Net 3.5. I need to
create a window like the alert window in Messenger. A window that appears
slowly from the bottom and disappears in the opposite way.
Anybody knows how can I do this?

I'm searching for resources about cool windows designs in WPF. I want to
find cool designs in WPF. Cool windows.
Anybody knows any of this?
