Bypass Welcome to Microsoft Windows Screen

I'm trying to perform an automated unattended insall of
Windwox XP using a modified winnt.sif file. My install
works up until I get the screen that says:

Welcome to Microsoft Windows
Thank you for purchasing Microsoft Windows XP
Let's spend a few minutes setting up your computer. Does
anyone have any suggestions on how to bypass this screen
and the ones that follow?
