bypass "please enter your full name and initials below" popup

I am doing a silent profile install of outlook 2003 but I get stopped with a
popup "microsoft please enter your full name and initials below" only the
first time running it.....how can I bypass this?

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\outlook.exe" /importprf
C:\OutlookCIW\vci.prf

If you want to avoid the prompt completely, use this reg key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Common\UserInfo Set the values (REG_BINARY) for UserInitials and UserName. A 00 00 should be
sufficient

I put 00 00 on both entries and it didn't change anything....any other ideas?
