Buttons on the web site

I just re done a website. The buttons work for me, and
some others who have visited the site. Still, there are a
few people who when they log on to the site, cant see the
buttons, I also have a scrolling marguee and some stars
that twinkle. Like I stated, I can see them when I go to
the site, but some others cant. Would you think it was
something I left out making the site, or is it their
computers?
