Button to forward mail

I have a form setup as a request form in oft format. The problem I am
having is changing the To field on the read page to be different from
what it was on the compose page.

Idealy would be have a button on the read page that would automatically
forward the information on the an address hard coded. This form is just
an approval form and once my boss hits the approve button that is all
that is needed.

What I guess I am looking for is how to program a button and what the
code is to access the To field on the read page.

Not possible. An .oft form won't run code unles the Exchange administrator makes the environment quite insecure. You need to investigate whether you can publish a form to the Organizational Forms library.
