Button to Customize Outlook Today doesn't work

When I press the button to Customize Outlook Today nothing
happens.

I don't have the answer, but I have the same problem (on
three computers: XP, 2000 & 98. I am awaiting an answer
also.

You gave me encouragement. I figured if we both had it,
so did someone else a lot sooner. I went to the back of
the list and came forward. Sure enuf, on P. 636 was our
answer. Go to the MS Knowledge Base and look up (and
Print out) Article 820575. That will give you the fix.
I did it on mine and it worked.
