BUTTON FOR FUNCTION CTRL+END

I would like to create a button on the toolbar to represent the function
ctrl+end on the keyboard.
 
Assuming you know how to customize your toolbars, look in the All
Commands list. In Word2007 it's called "End of Document" and has a
very sensible icon for its button, and in my printout of key commands
for Word2003, it's also called that.
