When I open one of my workbooks it warns me there is a macros. No
usually a problem except that there are no macros in this work boo
that I can find!
I email the excel workbook to other organisations, some of which canno
accept macros through their security system. This causes tonnes of extr
work so I'd be really grateful for any help on how to resolve this.
We are on excel xp (2002 SP3)
Many thanks

There could be some code in the ThisWorkbook code module, or one of the
worksheet code modules. Check these.

or a module where macros were erased but the module was not removed.
