I have 25 business contatcs, 25 Family contacts, and 25
personal contacts, for a total of 75 contacts. I have the
birthdays for each of these contacts on the Calender

When I'm at work, I need a list of only the business
contacts, and when I see TODAY, I only want to see a list
of birthdays for Business Contacts.

Is this possible in Outlook 2000, 2002, or 2003?

What I would like is to "log" into business, personal or
family everytime I open Outlook, to only show the data
for each of these.

Is any of this possible?

Thanks in advanced

Chaz

if the birthdays are all in the same pst and profile, you can use views to
control it, but it won't be automatic - you'll need to change the view.

if you create 3 profiles and put each group in their own profile, you'll be
able to control it like you want to.
