Business Contacts move to outlook contacts

I just moved my outlook contacts to the business contact manager and I lost
all of my notes. How do I reverse that process to get my notes and contacts
back in outlook?

Post how you "moved" your Contacts in an appropriate group. This is not it.
Try a BCM group.
I would assume you keep backups of your data therefore have no reason to ask
how to :"reverse" the process. If not, you have learned a lesson.
