Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2003

I installed Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2003. I don't see anything
different in Outlook. Where's the interface to this tool?

Is it listed on the File menu? Do you have an option for BCM database in
File, Data file management, add? Are you using exchange server?
