Business Cards

Ok, so I was sending an email and toying with different aspects of Windows
Mail when under the Insert tab it said "My Business Card". However it was
dulled, you know as in, you can't access this part. How do I access this
part? is it a program I install and how do I get it?
 
Go to Help | View Help and in the Search Window type vcard and it will then
explain it to you.
