Burning video files to CD

I'm trying to burn a 225 MB movie to CD and when the
process starts, it says it will take over an hour! Then,
right at the end, an error message appears. Any tips? I'm
a novice at this. Thanks!
 
A work around might be to save the movie to your hard
drive and then burn it to the cd afterwards.
 
I have had the same problem for at least three months. I
have posted several times and have not yet been able to
resolve the problem. I've tried system restore and that
did not work. I hope someone is able to help.
