Burning VHS tapes to CDR?

I would like to convert my VHS library to CDR but I have no video input on
my computer. What is the best way for me to do this?

Purchase an analog capture card or a new graphics card like the ATI All in
Wonder range or a card which has VIVO (video in and video out) capability.

I just purchased the Dazzle DV 80 this weekend and it
works like a charm. The only requirement is that you have
a USB port. Essentially, you plug the 2 audio cables and
the 1 video cable from your VCR into the DV 80, hit play
on the VCR and the device captures it for you.
