burning prob

I am having a problem burning cd's since I got my computer back. They put a
new burner in for me,(roxio) but my computer wont let me drag and drop my
mp3's into it. It keeps saying the disk cant be formatted, even though it is
a new disk. We download from Ares, if that is any help. Thanks........

In order to drag/drop you need to run packet-writing software. With
Roxio, I believe it is called something like "Drag To Disc".

The OP should see the icon for this utility on the desktop.
I use it all the time.
