burning error

hello,
i work with vista and pionner dvr112D burner.
last days i cant burn anymore... get errors all the times.
the burner is OK, i check it in the lab, its new one.
ides?

First, try using another burner (perhaps an external USB DVD burner) and see
if it burns to that. If you don't have an external burner you might want to
buy one. I've used my external burner as a tool to diagnose my burner
problems and also to take the workload off my laptop burners which seem to
breakdown after 50-100 burns.

If you can burn to the external burner then you have a good starting point
for troubleshooting your software, drivers and, maybe, cable connections.

Also, look at those errors and go to the Microsoft or DVD manufacturer
webstites where more information on the nature of the errors may be posted.

Other options: Use the computer's self-diagnosis tools to test the hardware.
These tools should be listed in the Help and Support. Try downloading the DVD
drivers from the computer manufacturer's websites. If your machine is still
under warranty contact the Computer tech support. Try their Chat instead of
phoning. It might be quicker.
