burning dvd help please

I have made a great movie and saved it to a file. Now I
want to know which program will read the movie maker
format so I can burn it to a dvd. The two I have say
they can read the format of the movie maker. Which
format should I save it under or which program really
will read the movie maker program?
 
You are probably trying to import the project file, which only MM can read.
Save the finished movie as a dv-avi file on the pc, then import this into
whichever dvd authoring app you have. They all accept dv-avi.
To save as a dv-avi
file
save movie
choose show more choices and then pick dv-avi from the drop down box.
