Burning data onto CD

I had the capability of burning data to CD's through Adeptac's 'Easy CD' when
I had Microsoft 2000 Professional. I never had any problems. I Upgraded and
loaded Microsoft XP Home Edition and have apparently lost this CD burning
capability. Is there a way I can re-establish this CD burning capability
without having to buy a new CD burning software package? What do I have to
do? or Do I have to buy an independent CD burning software package?

if you put a blank cd into your recorder drive it should automatically load
up a small window asking you want you want to do. select "open writable cd
folder" then you can just drag and drop files. follow the insrtuctions to
create your cd. hope this was of use to you. sam

Often when you upgrade your OS you also have to upgrade your favorite
applications.
