Burning CDs

I have been burning CDs and recently when I burn them after track number 12
or so the song is there in full effect but there is also fuzz that plays too.
I was wondering if this was caused by my CDs or is something wrong with my
burner

It may have something to do with the mechanical aspects of your burner.

It could have dust or other contamination which affects the movement when
past a certain point on the disc surface, or even causing the laser to move
away from the disc surface.

A good cure would be not to waste time, but go and buy a new CD or DVD burner.

Do I have to? This computer is VERY VERY new like less than 6 months old.
