Bullets freeze up my document

I have several custom bullets I have added to customize bullets for
PowerPoint. However, when I select format-bullets and try to select from
picture, it freezes up my machine and I have to abort PP and execute again.
I have had IT completely reinstall all office products but this problem still
remains.

Can anyone out there help?

Hi,

What version of PowerPoint, and how are you inserting them? Are the pictures
part of Clip Art or on your hard drive/ network?
